thats about right...
it'll take a day + to do it correctly be careful with the tools near the placky radiator and the orientation of the clamps as they can rub on things youd rather they didnt.
When you do the thermostat put the hoses on with the whole thing out of the car then thread it up from the bottom....
make sure the kids and anyone else who is likely to call "swear jar" is out of earshot
make sure you have a couple of different sizes of multigrips, big bull nose pliers and a couple of smallish screwdrivers to help out....
rub back all the ally fittings with emery paper prior to assembly and since you have most of the front apart its a good time to clean flush and replace the intercooler + hoses.
Ive got a thread on how I did it on a deefer somewhere on here and I used an ally based cooling system flush that we carry at work. BE PEDANTIC... you dont want it to go wrong.
