    Ignition barrel

    Can any one supply me with the part number for the Ignition barrel for a 96 v8 disco thanks zacc

    STC1746 (Correct part number up to 02) - Lockset,ignition,no shift interlock,with burgler alarm. About $150 from somebody other than a dealer.

    ignition key set

    fwiw

    depending on what's wrong with it, e.g. like not being able to insert/turn the key etc

    ... these can be repaired

    if you're not used to playing with lock barrels, it could be a good idea to have someone show you how though

    otherwise a tame locksmith can do it

    the key is getting harder to get to turn and is hapening more and more tried tighting the bolts on the steering colum and the graphite powder and other things I found in other posts but is just time for replacement I think zacc
