sounds like a damper valving issue, Larns on here had a similar problem with his 90 on Billies. I gave him Gary bakers phone # in Melbourne to get them re-valved, not sure how he got on. PM him, He should be able to fill you in.

BTW, is it a section of Gundy Rd ?

    Hi sich_nich,
Is this a section of bitumen or gravel road where the problem occurs?

    Best Wishes,

hey rick, its not Gundy road but Rouchel road going thru the Darley straight that I am gauging this on.
    Where abouts are you from?
BTW it is bitumen, just crap bitumen. I would have thought brand new shocks would be the shiz! Do they usually have a break in period? They have nearly done 1000kms now.
Upon revising my tire pressure to 30 front and 34 rear i noticed an overall improvement on ride comfort, with minimal squirm, but increased road noise.

Mate, wheelbase, speed etc all play a part..

If the road is 'just right' (or wrong depends on your perspective) there can/will be awful bucking/yawing etc...

Does the steering wheel shake at the same time as the rattling? If so, then maybe there's insufficient swivel pin bearing pre-load.
