    Replacement auto gearbox selector

Not that its a big problem but the film on my auto selector is slightly torn and the "plastic ball thing" that covers the metal shaft has been lost.

On the earlier selector the film (BTR4029) was available to replace it.

On the MA onwards selector (BTR9926LNF) the film isn't listed in microcat and the whole lot needs replacing.

Where can I find a BTR9926LNF MA onwards selector for a good price?

Give British 4WD (Hobart) a call and talk to Alan Howard. He'll know the answer, and will probably source the bit. I did a little while back.

I found a good one in a bin just recently and fitted it to my daughter's car. Her old one was torn and the plastic was melted around the bulb holders from running the recommended 5 watt bulbs (fit 3 watt bulbs instead).
