Tyre size & diff ratio change TDI Disco

What size tyre would work with 4.11 centres on a TDI?

Anyone running only say 32" or maybe 33" and changed centres? Or thinks they should?

Are Disco centres essentially the same as series?

Off to ni ni, look forward to replies from learn-ed ones.

35's and 4.11 work well, brings the speedo back close enough

Series only came with 4.7:1's I think and they're weak

I'd think 4.1's with 33's would be the go, get the little tdi up in the revs for a bit more punch

I have 4.11:1 diffs in my disco. Have used 33" and 265/75R16 tyres. With both of these tyres the speedo reading is faster than actual (about 10% with the 265/75R16).

I think Vern is close to the money, but I would need more body lift to fit 35" tyres (and I have a rangie better suited for large tyres).

Oops how rude of me, thanks for the advice fellas.
So, the crux is that 32" should pose no problem once it's fuelled up properly?

33" or bigger and I'll start getting nervous about axles etc anyway so I'd be starting to really spend money.
I guess you could say that's the tipping point.
