well, finally got it all in and working, about 2 hours work. made up a shaft that goes straight up into the tunnel and centre console that i can engage easily the cdl. looks a bit dodgey as i had to cut a hole in the plastic console but it unctions easily and doesnt transfer very much if any road noise. will get some pics up. happy with how easy it was to do

Good to see you had win with it did you do all the work your self as its not that hard and can be done in situ

yeah did most of it myself although i used a mechanic mates hoist and some of his knowledge to fudge up the hi-lo switch as the old mechanism didnt have one. did it in situ, eft the transfer bos in the car, dropped the snout out and modded it on the bench then refitted. had him check out the double cardon joint while it was apart and he ensures me i have new unis in it already so no fear there

Good work see i told ya it would all work once ya drilled and tapped the sensor hole just had to get ya hands dirty and have a go
