LT 95 Diff lock control
Has anyone repaired the vacuum diaphragm or come up with a lever or cable control to lock the centre diff?

Years ago I put 2 diaphrams from the Rangie Carby with a lot of silicone in one and it lasted the life of the vehicle.
Quite frankly why would you bother when you can buy a reco one from the mob in melbourne for less than $100

yep not a hard job to do LRA make the new rubber diaframs and all ya need to do is take off the pod via the 4 bolts on tha side of the actuator and then unbolt the pod ....
Then with a screwdriver prise open the rolled over edge around the outside till ya can get it apart takes a bit to do it without butchery then replace the diafram then pein over the rolled edge using a hammer and sutibale mandrell then refit and ya in busniss all for about 25 bucks delivered and im sure LRA are the only guys who make and sell them tho maby after i hunted round a while ago and no one in the landy parts game had heard of em they to may have found em at LRA and my now stock them

I did a post a while ago about converting to a mechanical linkage and everyone talked me out of it!
You can do a search for threads started by someone. Have a look and . . . oh, hang on, I'm at work, I may as well do it.
Here it is Converting a Vacuum CDL to Mechanical?
