Leaking Lift Pump
Hi all
Ive just found that my lift pump is leaking out of the tell tail on my 300tdi. Do you have to buy genuine or is there other options

Delphi make a good one that everything bolts straight up to and is much cheaper than OE. (hint, Karcraft)
Some other aftermarket ones need a bit of stuffing around with the fuel lines.

re fuel pump
Hi
Roverparts have a choice of three pumps, (one being genuine).
I used his middle priced one, fitted straight on, I suggest you get new ferells and nuts, as the old ones will not come off the original pump (without damageing them).
Mine has been on for a while now and is working fine.

I bought a Delphi from the UK $52aus delivered with the olives and nuts.Repco sell them too but I don't know the part no. Pat
