    try to work this out???

    Here I am driving home after Cooloola today and the engine of the new 2.4l defender feels like it is lacking power??
    I all so notice the speedo isnt working?
    I pull over turn off and wait , turn back on and same is I limp home at 70/80km/h and 2km from home there is a surge in power and i notice the speedo goes up , then jumps up and down as the power goes up and down??
    sorts it self out and seems fine now
    my question is WTF
    help??

    Sorry I konw its not helpful, but I just can't help myself:

    Sounds like typical LR electronics to me

    But on a more serious side, it may be a doggy joint or lose wire. Has it only happened once?

    my money is on a loose Body Electrical module connection or earth to the main ECU.
