Question Replacing frount radius arm bushes

It is time to replace my front radius arm bushes on my 1998 Disco, V8i. The question is do I go for original LR parts, aftermarket, or Polly Bushes from a 4x4 specialist?
Do I realy need a hydrolic press to get the old ones out or is there another way?

I'm not the best mechanic in the world, but this does not look like I can make too many mistakes.....

A proper press makes changing bushes soooo much easier.

You can do it without but it usually leads to lots of swearing and plenty of fluid loss...

If you do a quick search, you should find a few threads about the fitting as well as the discussions for & against poly bushes.
