They only make 2 and 3 degree bushes, I'd just stick 3degree in and be done, its what you'll end up useing anyhow;), but if you want to satisfy your own sense of curiosity, any wheel aligner will be able to tell you:)

Castors bushes just don't last long enough.
Slotted hubs are the permanent solution. And you have some adjustment in the castor specs. Bruce Davis gives lifted cars a little more, and more again on the passengers side.

General rule of thumb is 1 degree for each 1" lift.
Bare in mide if you go for a larger degree bush, it will put your front uni on some ugly angles and you may get some vibrations.

Les Richmond slot them for about $190 per ball from memory.
I did mine myself with a jig made from chipboard, a slotting bit and a drill press. Even welded the flange up so there are holes, rather than slots. Whole thing took way less than a whole day and makes a huge difference to the way they handle.
