    Unhappy No more VNT kits

Jase has just told me he no longer imports the VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbo) kits for the 300Tdi - the manufacturer has changed the price structure and it is no longer economic.

What are the alternatives to the VNT?

Would love some pics and an idea of cost, both for the turbo and the manifold (if they itemised them)!

    Could you, please?

Have a look at this link,it is the kit price complete.
It's not much more than the DTS mitsu kit but send an email to andrew at Allisport to confirm.
I also have a full size Intercooler and an alloy Radiator ordered you may want to consider these as an option depending on your application.

    cheers.

curious how much an Allisport rad is landed.

PWR 300Tdi Defender one (PWR5155) is now $990 incl GST, up from $750 a few years ago. These use their dimple plate tubes, and should be much, much more efficient than the OE copper/brass one.

All OE Tdi radiators are copper/brass.

    Intercoolers are aluminium.

Ric 130-alloy rad is 65 mm longer to extend into the space left vacant by the removal of the standard intercooler,it also has the engine oil cooler incorporated.
    I was charged 380 pounds + freight.
I was quoted more for a standard replacement radiator here in Aus.

    cheers Mike.
