    TD5 Serpentine Belt fitting

Im having a hell of a time fitting a new belt to the D2.
    Has Ace and aircon,supplied a 7PK 1870 belt.
With an assistant holding the tensioner clear as per RAVE I cant get the belt over the last pulley, its like its an inch too short.
IS THE 7PK 1870 THE CORRECT BELT????
Any other tips,ie rubber grease as a lube on the non drive side????
URGENT got to get this up and running tommorow for a camping trip saturday

    Problem solved.
Drew the pic of the belts wrong,
At least everything should turn the right way now.
Interestingly,I rubbed some oil on the old belts part no to make it clearer, appears to be PK 1887,17mm longer.
