What models of RR / Disco have compatible wheels?

Specifically, would Disco 2 wheels fit an RRC Softdash?

I have been looking around for a subtle city tyre and wheel set up for a RRClassic. No bling, but I do like the 18" Disco 2 set up.

Anyone have any experience?

D1 fit RRC

D2 do not fit. Different PCD.
