    advice on 2.8L isuzu TD

    Any advice or opinions you can give on the isuzu 2.8L turbo diesel engine would be greatly appreciated (for a series 2a)

    They are good strong motors.A mate has a Rodeo 4wd ute,340000ks drives real well still.Couldnt out run him on some big hills in the D2 last time we went woodcutting together.
    The newer 3 litres are dogs,got 3 at work,one sounds like its wanting to spit a bigend,25000ks,and has done so since new.No extra power over the 2.8s and drink heaps more.
