Same thing happened to me Easo in my D90. Turned out to be a burnt out contacts in the headlight switch.
G'day all, went for a drive in to town tonight and all of a sudden my head light start filckering and die. Pull over check fuese all good, check conections all good. So why? Start up lights come back on, but filcker occasionaly and still stay on. Why? Driving/side/dash lights no dramas.
Any fender owners have this drama?
Cheers Easo

just replaced my headlight switch last week
i am going to fit a headlight wiring upgrade kit to reduce the amount of current going throught the switch
Headlight switch. Get some relays and a wiring upgrade from Drivesafe and a new switch.
You might even be able to see the road ahead of you when it's done.
Cheers
Simon
Or go a HID kit and you get a wiring kit with relays aswell![]()
Nutts, I've replaced the H/L switch about 3 years ago, after it melted to bits. Whats the wiring upgrade worth and getting it fitted?
Here ya go, all you need to know, and outstanding installation instructions that come with everything you need to install them, when you buy the upgrade
relays from Traxide.
Baz.
Cheers Baz.
