Prices and ownerships change. I'd be ringing around few local aftermarket LR specialists ( eg Range Rov in Mitcham, Les Richmond, Ritters, Fred Smith, 4WD Spares, Roverland, All Ranges 4x4 and others in the Recommended Suppliers section ) and see who can do the best price.
Do you want "supply and fit" or "supply only" ?

    Whats wrong with it?
Most places that do a changeover charge around the 2800-3500 mark, that's providing that there is nothing wrong with your box. Kinda stupid I know, they keep your deposit if there are major components that req changing.

A few of the gears have deep pit marks . All the bearings need replacing . A couple of teeth have chips in them . all the seals need replacing .

So you have it apart then? That's pretty much the biggest hill with the R380. If you are capable of pulling it apart then 1/3 of the work is already done.
