    No. The bead lock on the later LR rims is hard to break. It is intended to retain the tyre on the rim. If you look at a later rim P38A/D2, etc. you'll see it has an AH2 bead code. Earlier alloys have a different bead retainer design,

    Also, early steel RR (ROStyle) rims were neither tubeless nor split rim. Nor did they have any bead hump seen on more modern tubeless rims, e.g. Discovery steel rims.
