I've just fitted a LED replacement for the festoon light in my disco.

Annoyingly, when you shut the door and the light dims, you can now see the strobing pulses of what I guess is a PWM supply.

I guess a capacitor across the supply could flatten out the pulses at the light.

Is this so?

What size and type of cap would do?
