That soon after replacing it the only thing I can think of is bearing too tight or seal put in the wrong way round, letting lubricant out (or, long shot, no lubricant - I've seen that done!).

well about 3 months ago i replace my rear wheel bearings and a stub axel on the lhr and since i had the wheels off and axels out doing some other stuff i took the discs of just to have a look, rhr was fine but the lh has destroind the bearings again and fused to to the stub axel again, now i havent done much off roading since last doing the bearings and the only water crossing has been frenchmans crk at big river which is pretty shallow, so wht i ask has the same side gone again considering i put a brand new stub axel on that side aswell when i did the bearings

if you put them in too tight they can destroy tehmselves quickly, no idea other than that i'm afraid.

they were well greased and were'nt too tight, im going to convert to oil fed this time
if youve previously siezed a bearing to a stub axle, replace it..
the old stub axle will be out of shape and as the bearing rolls on itself it will flex around the deformation and kill itself.

yep did that the last bearing was fused to the stub axel and had warped it so i got a new one the stub axel on it now is ok, just fitted new bearings and will pull the wheel off in about a week and make sure its all still ok
my bad on re-read I see that you replaced the stub axle.....
the only things I can think of point towards either a dodgy component or an incorrect intstallation... If youve pushed the seal in to far it wont ride on its seat and it will bring brake dust into your grease which promptly turns to valve grinding paste
clean the race and eyeball it, Ive been occasionally guilty of not being to precise with the placement of the drift pin when hammering and deformed the face of the bearing race on getting it in...
Ive also seen a bit of corruption getting in behind the bearing race when seating it so that it doesnt seat onto the ridge correctly and the taper runs at an angle which point loads the rollers and eats them very quickly...
