Could possibly be the intank pump, as cold (non alpine) diesel can be a little heavier to push through and build up pressure if the pump isn't well. Around about 100,000km old I would be concerned about the overall health of the fuel pump. It isn't the pump itself that fails/ wears, it is mostly the electric motor that drives it. Of the ones that I have pulled apart, 1 had a melted plastic brush holder, and the other a dead short that kept blowing the fuse. the pump part of the unit was probably still OK
