Would my Speedo be out ?

Gday everyone...just wondering if anyone knows how much my speedo would be out as iam running 32x11.50 R15's on my 130 ?

iam starting to stress after an accident that i got charged for and the other guy didn't lose a thing even though he hit me..so i lost 3 points and only get 4 as iam on P plates
    Cheers Adrian

YES to "most likely" the speedo being out .... Look in your owners manual for the tyre specs that it was fitted with ..... Then GO to on the NET and find the O/A tyre heights for the original's and The ones that you have now

Another way is to get a "standard car" (no flash wheels) to drive in front and flash their hands when speeds of 60 / 70 / 80 ect are reached .... all you do is record what your speedo says

Yes its likely to be out regardless of the size as 32"s are very similar to OE fitment

32s on a 130 will mostly read slow... ie 100km/h over ground is about a needle width under 110 on the dial... I think it is done to make you feel warm and fuzzy. You look at the speedo and think wow Im doing like 100km/h but really the old housebrick is only giving 90 a good nudge... Im with Slunnie though. I believe 255/85R16 which usually measure up at 33.5in read pretty close to spot on?

What this? Have you have been deducting the treadwear per km from the day you bought the tyres Adrian? And accurate to 5 decimal places too
