Thanks for all the replies. It's knocking like a bastard, we'll try a diesel purge before replacing nozzles and having the plunger lift checked/corrected.

Both him and his brother have Land Cruisers now, it'll be very interesting when the three of us hit the tracks in the next few weeks. For a start, it'll be the only trip where I have the newest car.

We had the newly fixed up 22R engine, full throttle in 5th, 90km/h on LPG
