My 03MY D2 had a T55 head on the filler bolt and I know it was never changed:confused:
I remember it used to get very tight between changes of ATF. I'd give it a quick run and put some heat in it as suggested. Then try the cold if that doesn't work.
Derek, I have never seen one yet, always been 8mm hex key so far...?Now I'm :confused: :o
The Manual all use T55 from R380 onwards.

You are right. It is a 8mm hex drive.
Thanks for the help guys. A can of Loctite Penetrating Freeze Spray did the trick.
