Sounds like a sensor problem, There would be an engine over temp pump cut out, possibly after switching engine off heat soak may be triggering cut out, Is engine running at elevated temp at all ? After running on hwy, or towing if in doubt leave idle running for few minuets with heater on full before turning off. Also i think No 1 injector got some electrikery involved with it. If happens again see if you can determine engine imobilisor is ok, light flashing not flashing etc, if happens near shops could be interference, try roll car elsewhere, must be a reason, but then again it is a land rover ps should probably be in the expensivelander section.
