    Vacuum switch with electric control

    Hi guys,

Where do you get these from?

Like the one that controls the heater valve in a V8 Disco1?

Reason is that my SILs Camry has one that controls her air conditioning idle up. This one also has a bleed outlet as well. It's also dead.

I can order a new part from Toyota for $58 but given it is just a vacuum switch there must be an outlet that sells them cheaper and keeps them in stock somewhere.

Anyone know who sells these generic ones in Brisbane?

    Thanks

Don't worry about it. I should have known to try Ashdowns first (I'd tried Autobarn and Repco etc).

$41 inc GST for a generic part and even better they have them in stock.

The best source I could think off, is a 4L falcon purge valve, ie, electric over air, but you;ve got one already
