I had one in a stroked 308 a few years ago, never ran right in the heat. Great when temp was below 30 deg but when it went above that it missed all the time, ended up getting rid of it and no more problems when hot. I don't know why it didn't like the heat.

I've got one on my suped up 4.6 Rover SD1. Makes a noticeable difference - easier starting, better idle, more torque.
It can be fitted to 14 CUX equipped vehicles but you have to use an adaptor I believe for the signal wire that goes from the coil to the ECU. Look on the MSD user forum, I seem to recall there's something on there about it. MSD also have a great technical assistance service for helping resolve any technical issues, just email them.
I may eventually get round to fitting one to my Disco. Anyone know if RPIs amplifier does much the same thing?
