    What are these called?

    Hi Gurii,

A bit off thread I admit, but can anyone tell me what these thingos are called? They are white nylon clips, not dissimilar to the common chromed steel tool clips except that they have two mounting holes in the base.

I've searched, Googled and checked every on-line catalog I can find but can't find them. So, if anyone can tell me exactly what they're called or, better yet where to buy them, it would be much appreciated. Ta.
