What a way to get people off-side! Your approach and language has really turned a few of us against you. You'll have to work hard to come back from the hole you've dug for yourself!

    in my defense

If u want the best for your car u get it made properly or bye a made one but hey i just like things done rite and tidy . Im sorry for the abuse but i was only trying to help and im not making money fromthis. I did not want to give out the measurements in case i get something wrong then you spend time making the part and it turns out to be wrong because i made a mistake. Also i dont have the parts as my friend has them to measure them and cut them. I dont mind getting the flat parts cut for u and you just get the tube flanged at a exhaust place like i am and you weld it yourself like i am . once again im sorry for my outburst and it wont happen again .

Phil you are full of brilliant ideas! I was actually thinking of leaving it in-situ so i could utilise it for a water heater for a bush shower or some such.

I saw a thread somewhere (by inc perhaps?) about trying to get something working and i thought I'd leave it in place just in case they were successful or perhaps I myself might try and jimmy something up when I get the time.

    Cheers

    Josh

PS I'm going to whip up a couple blanks my self on the weekend if I get the time.

i honestly dont think its anywhere near big enough for a shower, and besides it has to be re connected for the exhaust gas to pass through...
