    Exclamation Back of water pump leak

    The rear of the water pump started to leak two days ago.
    Thinking heater hose so I changed them and after this failed I thought need new hose clamps and changed them but it still leaks.

    Any ideas on what would cause this? Maybe the rear housing? Or is there a seal or something that may have gone? Would this have caused the Air Con to stop working as well (both went on the same day).
    How much to fix? Was going to sell my car for a RR classic, family reasons.
    I am new to LR and love its capabilities but this has me stumped.
