Anyone know where these things go....the heater vents that is
Are we talking the vent along the centre console or the dash

That PDF is a side view as you can see, you will probably need a pen type telescopic magnet to get at it.

FOUND IT........wasn't down the heater vent after all, it was in.....N.S.W.

That's a long way to fall I hear you say and it must have taken a fairly interesting bounce.

-yep my eyesight isn't failing and I am not going mad it is just that the wreckers who sent me the various bits and pieces of a recently deceased 04 Disco forgot to include it in the package...in fact it was still on the carcase of the donor Disco.

It is apparently winging its way over to the left hand side of the wide brown land as we speak and I can expect it tomorrow morning which COULD POSSIBLY mean that I may make it onto the WA Aulroians weekend jaunt down the coast and up into the hills.

You can safely assume that I am not getting in front of myself here and while my fingers are crossed and any nearby wood has been lovingly caressed I still fully expect the cargo bay doors to malfunction on the plane and the part to end up in the desert somewhere near the SA border.

The object that fell into the vent was a AAA battery

    Priceless!

You ARE going to be there. Anything less would be an injustice of biblical proportions.
