And an idea for your back door once you pull the spare tyre holder off

if you're after an increase in track, get a new set of wheels with a different offset

for the bonnet mount, there used to be a kit available to mount it, best of finding one at a LR specialist wreckers

Dont quote me but Im pretty sure spacers will play havock with your insurance. Might be worth checking on that one
