    Interesting D2 'fault'

I'm not aware of this before, and it has probably happened to one or two here no doubt, but had a D2 today with intermittent TC light and a chattering brake pedal in conjunction with the difflock warning lamp coming on, when the brake pedal is depressed. Turned out to be a blown brake lamp fuse from dodgy trailer wiring.

    Interesting symptoms!!

thats weird that it would make the brake pedal chatter! why would the light circuit have anything to do with the abs modulator?

Andrew, exactly my thoughts, but the Difflock lamp is an input into SLABS, and when the difflock lamp is illuminated the TC/ABS/HDC can be disabled, though not unless the ign key has been cycled on/off. SO,,, yes, it is strange AND a diagnostic check showed no fault codes logged at all....??!!
    Anyhow, all fixed now
