following change over from my aging l77 to R380 (have i992 tdi 200) it appears that clutch is only just operational. New master cylinder and damper: slave NO LEAKS 22mm diameter bore and 69mm pushrod. Clutch engages /disengages very close to full depression of clutch. Has been bled repeatedly. If pedal is kept depressed gear will slowly engage after about 1 minute suggesting master cylinder leak although this is brand new. Do I need a new slave with different bore etc due to change over or could this be master cylinder problem? Taken gearbox assembly out and as new clutch etc checked no problems there it would appear.
