I think you will need to do some adapting - the Isuzu County tank does not have an in-tank electric pump like the Defender does. Not sure what other differences there are though. The size and mounting I think are the same.

Miner adapting can be delt with without to much hassle...maybe
This might be a stupid question but are the defender tanks plastic of steel?

They changed from steel to plastic, but I am not sure when - TD5 or later.

Hi Tim, might be a good time to consider a long range tank.I replaced my County tank some years ago and shortly after found I could have bought a long range tank for not a lot more.Cheers, 130man.

    Hi 130man
We would rather a long range tank but have found them to be to expensive, i think they are around $700-800 and at this stage thats out of the budget for us, we were going to make a long range one but there isn't any time (to many other projects going)
But if you can prove me wrong on the price of a long range tank that would be great!!!!!

    Tim,
The pre plastic defender tanks fit straight into the county. I changed mine over some years back and had no problems. The later version has no bash plate or drain bung and feels lighter but works just as good..............Brian
