    Aftermarket seat options for 2 door 82 rangie

    hi all just wondering what kind of options i have to replace my seats as they are shot, being the 2 door model i will obviously need a seat that still folds forward to allow access to the back, cheers

    Doesn't the two door have unique seats that incorporate the top seatbelt anchorage? Or is that only the early ones?

    If so, I doubt there is anything else. If it is just the upholstery have you considered getting them reupholstered?

    yes they do have the seatbelts incorperated into the seats, might have to just get reupholstered ay, cheers

    I fitted recaros into mine when I had it. Yes the seat belts need to be changed, but normally the newer ones work better. I also have a seat of original rangie seats in the shed in reasonable condition - the are vinyl not cloth which are for sale

    Just wondering what you ended up doing with your seats. I'm in a similar position but with 2 different style of seats. I'd like to get something matching and probably more comfortable! Or just get a matching set of originals and get them recovered in cloth.
