Deefer 130 Vibration
I have been trying to chase down a vibration that starting to **** me.
It feels like a worn bearing somewhere. A grumble under load/speed. It is worse when I have some weight in the tray. You can feel it at low speeds as well as higher speeds. I noticed it especially underload going uphill.
This is what I have done to try and isolate it.
Replaced all wheel bearings and uni joints.
Motor off, gearbox neutral, transfer box neutral. Still there.
Front prop removed TC locked. Still there.
Rear prop, half shafts, handbrake drum removed, still there.
Transfer case has all new bearings and seals just done by MR Auotomotive, still there.
Gearbox mounts ok.
Engine mounts? How do i check them properly?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Dave,
is there a chance your exhaust is contacting the body/tray under load?

No I had that checked at the last service. With the motor off coasting downhill the noise/vibration is noticeble. I coasted downhill with alternate props off same bloody noise.
When driving it feels as if it has to push through some sort of constriction to get speed up. Hmmmm?
