    More detail?

have they been previously set up? if so, all preloads, will be taken care off, just bang them in and away you go

Make sure your running thr corresponding gear, the little one on the front of the centre diff, to match the ratio and all should be apples

Well then, personally, if wanting to use the box you have, I;d withdraw, the input gear, the one from the end of the gearboxbox, the intermediate set complete and the little gear from the centre diff, change the lot over, very easy

Maybe the low gear on the centre diff to, just to stop any chance of gear whine, as when they wear in together they make good bed fellows

Be sure to use gaskets on the handbrake housing, as this is set for preload on the centre diff tapered roller bearing

Dont forget to torque the bolt to 125-140 ft/lbs. (Thats the one that goes throught the whole shaft assembly)...............Brian

Ok, whats the go. I've opened up the TRB box and its got the high speed gear set which I don't want. The one I have in current box is second lowest gear set, So do I just get out the gear on the intermediate shaft and get it machined to suit bearings ????

Thats an option, but getting preloads and contact right may be iffy

JustinC has a set of 1.13 he pulled for .996:1, so maybe get in touch with him
