    TDi 200 injectors

    Doe anybody know whether these injectors can be re-built,ie, new nozzles?
    and elements

    The advise I rec`d from a deisel reco bloke was ,No
    I had the impression he wanted to sell me new stuff,hence the questions

    Does anybody have a scematic for these injectors??

    Yes. The confusion may arrise since 300Tdi versions aren't serviceable.

    Spray pattern & pressure can be tested & tips changed, otherwise fit reconditioned or brand Bosch new items

    Bosch 2 spring (assembly number 0432193879)
    nozzle size/type DSLA 145P208
    nozzle holder KBEL 98 P52
    opening (working) pressure
    initail pressure 200atmospheres
    secondary pressure 280 atmospheres

    had the ones on our defender overhauled.
    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
