Are positioners required ref Wolf rims.

Hey team, i'm looking to fit wolf rims to my camper and have some hubs that will fit, however they don't have the centre positioner. Does anyone know if this is required or are they fine to use without it?

Yeah saw that rig, pretty nice, i don't really have the equipment or the expertise to whip up a few of those inserts though.
