    Land Rover GTR Site

    Hi,

Has anyone here been able to register on the Land Rover GTR site (http://www.landrovertechinfo.com) recently? I've seen some older posts that would indicate that it's possible. Is it only for dealers/authorised workshops or what?

    Thanks

    slt

Yes, I'm registered and have downloaded stuff. I'm not a dealer.

    Try this link:

    Untitled Page

    And click on "register public"

You can view a couple of the documents for free but for the rest you have to pay.

I paid for 24 hours access. With a broadband connection you can get everything you need in that time.

You didn't need much then Ron

I would recommend a month's subscription for the Puma owners.

Unless you don't need to sleep.

You need time to explore and work out what you really need and you need time to rename files.

You will also need PDF print software and to get yourself organised so that the file structure you save to follows the general structure of the manuals available.

I didn't need the workshop manual as I had it on CD-ROM. The GTR version is woeful! I just got all the TSBs, etc.

GTR isn't the best laid out website. I feel it's been done that way to make it harder for those of us who only need to access occasionally.

Thanks everyone ... but I still have problems getting on ... maybe I'm just blind or dumb

I've registered here (http://www.landrovertechinfo.com) about a week ago, and haven't heard a squeek. But it's weird, since I can actually retrieve my password, so looks like there is an account, but it's certainly not enabled.

I've also tried the site suggested by miky, but it only offers the original useless owner's docos for sale (for a hundred bucks or so!!!), plus electrical diagram (for a lot more), but nothing online as far as I can see.

Are you people using a different site?

    Thanks

    slt
