    Cheap Chip Upgrades and Fuel Economy Scams

    Hi members, has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing?

    Performance Chip LAND ROVER DISCOVERY FREELANDER 60+ HP - eBay Mod Chips, Performance Parts, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 11-Jul-09 10:02:43 AEST)

    $85 chip that wires into the ecu. There's several types getting around on ebay, do they work?

    Crikey I even found a "Turbo Supercharger" which was an electric fan you whack on your air intake, I'm fairly sure that wouldn't do a thing, but interested to hear any experiences.

    It's a resistor that changes the sensor reading thus causing the car to run rich. Google it.
