They are a rare sight in WA and NT. Next dedicated landy workshop north of Perth is Brisbane
They certainly are rare out of the metro area in Perth, but there is one north, in Geraldton - Whyatts.

I reckon you should spread the news to folks norht of you - ie Karratha etc. I know a few that drive their bus down to Perth to get ripped off at a deal in Osborne Parkt who's name I probably am not suppose to mention

I bought a few small parts from east coast rover at kennwick when I first moved to Perth. I have never seen anyone reccomend them on here. Is there a reason?

Ben, if you can find him then he can be OK but he doesnt really have a large stock of anything, a variety, but not large and occasionally can be pricey.
Unfortunately Peter doesnt really keep up with business these days but is still worth a try if you have come up dry everywhere else.

Linnrovers stock is getting bigger all the time and have had good pickings on RRC parts. Has stock of Deefa and Disco too. Have had a good run with them and Jordans.

    Cheers

Linnrover are very good, however told me they had no disco PS fluid reservoirs when the had >20. Also, for some strange reason, they won't let customers out the back to look at what they have.

I drop in to West Coast Rover and pick up bits from time to time.

My experience has been fine but I have not had any work done by them so can't comment on that. So far I've had far more success with 2nd hand bits for the County at WCR than LinnRover. Peter is generally very good at returning calls (unlike my favoured parts outlet that shall remain nameless!) and can usually get stuff in if he does not have it (from the UK?).

My impression is that the mechanics at WCR seem in general to be experienced in older Landies but I'm not sure they have all the gear for the modern stuff. I'm not sure if they are there all the time either.
