    Vehicle Engineer - Queensland

    Hi, just wondering if anyone can recommend an Engineer in Queensland for vehicle modifications - I've looked through the Yellow pages and can't find anything relating to this. I'm looking for an "Approved Person" under the Queensland Transport system.

    I saw that, and I phoned then up and was told that they can't recommend individual companies over the phone, but if I go into a service centre, they will be able to give me a list. Problem is getting into a service centre.

    I used to use a guy in Holden St at the gabba, he was very good and liked/understood landies. However I have heard he has closed down.

    The owner of Redland 4x4 (?) , Peter (?), is a county owner, and apparently has someone he uses for all his modifications. Might be worth a try.

    You could look up David King of Mobile Home Car Services 2/7 Hook St Capalaba. I think (or at least someone there) is on the list and can do some compliance certification. Can't put my finger on the phone number but they should be in the phone book.
