the backlight is not as bright as the digital clock, but, you're right it looks much more refined

Anyone know if the Disco1 digital clock can be replaced with the much nicer analogue one part # STC1802 fitted to the last of the 1995 Classic Range Rovers which seem to have had the same central dash panel as the 300 series Disco (was this the so-called 'soft dash'?).
The palstic clock panel unit look like it shares exactly the same hazard switch and Land Rover oval badge below.

I've got one on order from the UK, in the meantime I dremeled out the digital facial and inserted an early 78 Commodore one which fits ok but is not as cool looking as the last of the classic RR ones.
Oooooohhhhh....isn't that stylish!![]()
