    help! Seatbelts Series 3

    Hi all,

i've bought a 2.25 88" Series 3 1975. This landy doesn\t have seatbelts and would like to add some so I could have a babyseat and a toddlers seat in it. Any good tips on that.
Don\t know if it\s possible to put a belt on the middle seat (3 seater) in the front or to put something in the back (but have no idea how, as they are side ways benches).

    Thanks

Being a 75 model it would have lap sash belts fitted for the driver and passenger and lap belts for the centre seat when sold new - if there are no belts there now the holes and maybe some fittings should be.

    help! seatbelts series 3

Unfortunately i'm in Holland, not in Australia. Maybe it's different here. Used to live in Australia that's why I use this forum. No holes and no fittings, but this can be done. My specific question if people have solutions if they have 2 childrens seats to deal with instead of 1...

    Thanks\

doable, use the defender 110 rear seat belt mounting hardware and 50mmx50mm square washers under the anchor bolts.

the metal rail on the top fold of the rear bulkhead is up to the task of a top anchor bolt for restraining a baby seat.

Get hold of the Series 2a/3 Optional Equipment Parts book. This shows several different seat belt setups fitted at various times and in various countries. Although it is unlikely most of the parts will be available, the diagrams will show you how to fabricate the necessary bits.
