Jack up only the wheel with the shaft you want to remove, apply park brake and rotate the wheel to break the 'seal' between drive flange and hub surface. Then just tap a small flat blade screwdriver between the hub face and flange to force it outward. Should come out easily UNLESS it is twisted in the side gear spline in the diff...
