			County aircon fan problem

Hello and best wishes to all for the festive season. I have a problem with my aircon fan someone may be able to help me with. Vehicle is a 1986 County dual cab with retro fitted 4BD1T, LT95 and original integrated aircon setup. It has served me well in the 17 years I have had the vehicle but the other day when I started it the aircon was on (Compressor and thermo fans running) but the aircon fan did not start. It was on speed 3 and I moved the switch to 2 and 1 and they worked but 3rd speed wont. I have checked fuses and the resistor setup on the left wing and all appears to be ok. Before I get the electrical diagrams out and pore through them I thought I might ask if anyone else has had this problem. Might save me some time. I am leaning towards the 3 speed switch in the dash but someone may be able to throw some light on this before I start pulling everything apart. Thanks in anticipation..........Brian

Can't tell from experience but the first thing I would be looking at is the switch, which I am sure would be easy to remove and test.
