    Overflow from reservoir 300tdi

    Hi to all,
I'm getting some overflow from my expansion tank now and again when I stop and turn off the motor. When running it's all ok and it doesn't do it all the time, mainly around town after being in traffic. Is it time to flush the radiator and get a new expansion tank cap? I've already replaced the tank once before when it blew, taking the head with it.

    Cheers

Mate not to sure on the symtoms but it wont hurt to flush and rod the rad and replace the cap. other good thing is to get a engine saver unit and save some $$$$ of doing the engine again.
