on my 04 td5, iv wound the boost up, but as im been very careful iv only done little bits at a time, it started off at 200kpa at standard when on fullboost, last week i checked it and after alot of winding up im getting around 225kpa, today i would it up even more and iv now only got 3-4 threads left on the wastgate and im still not hitting over boost??

and to test that it works iv short driven with the wastgate disconnected, and i did hit overboost,

i think the td5s overboost at 245kpa?? and with allmost no thread left how am i not hitting over boost,

and yes it dose go ALOT better, just keeps pulling up the hills,, so can't Waite for the new 200kw chip
